Heart Heal

The heart is the bridge between the physical and spiritual — the centre of love, compassion, forgiveness, and connection. When this energy centre, or heart chakra, becomes blocked or burdened by unhealed emotion, we can begin to feel it not only in our mood, but in our body — as tension in the chest, fatigue, heaviness, or even physical pain. Over time, emotional wounds such as grief, loss, or heartbreak can manifest as energetic stagnation, keeping us closed to love and joy.

Heart Heal is a deeply nurturing session designed to open, balance, and restore the heart chakra. Using a combination of Ashati energy, sound frequencies and healing crystals, I gently guide the release of stored emotions and energetic blockages. The resonance of sound works to soften and loosen dense energy, while crystals help to absorb and transmute emotional residue — creating space for lightness, clarity, and peace to return.
