Your body holds energy stories too. This session focuses on restoring energetic balance within the physical body — easing fatigue, stress, and tension while promoting vitality and flow. It’s a nurturing reset for your body and energy system alike. After you've entered a mindful state, I use sound frequency to repair tissue, Alsemia Energy to heal the physical body, non-touch Reiki with healing symbols, and select crystals that support health and regeneration while you rest and recover.

This session is intentionally designed to help you overcome soreness, pain and illness as a supplement to your medical plan.
